* Private group tours that are sold less than 14 days from agreed tour date require full payment to hold the tour and this payment is non-refundable.

* Private group tours that are sold more than 14 days from agreed event date require a $250 non-refundable deposit, which will be credited towards your final bill and is non-refundable.  The balance will be invoiced based on the final head count 14 days prior to your event, and payment is due at least 7 days before the tour.
